Need to stay longer

If you have prepaid for your parking and need to stay longer at the car park than your prepaid period, you can still exit using your credit card. The system will recognise your payment for the prepaid period and then charge the casual parking rates for the additional time that you remain parked.

If your prepaid period has not yet started, you can amend or cancel via the Wilson Parking App or logging into your account on the website and selecting the invoice number for the parking you wish to change. Changes can be made up to one hour prior to the selected entry time.
